Metropolitan shopping high-streets have strict loading-bay access windows (06:00 to 09:30 AM) and heavy congestion during midday hours. The retail brand required inventory restocks twice daily from the central regional hub directly into 42 store backrooms without obstructing store staff or foot traffic.
The Courex Courier Solution
Courex designed a clustered route architecture utilizing our primary urban parcel distribution facility. Packages are sorted and cross-docked between 03:00 and 05:00 AM using automated barcode sorters. Each driver is assigned a condensed geographical quadrant with custom geo-fenced keycard access to backroom delivery lockers.
